A family in Sabatia constituency, Vihiga county, is in distress after their kin, Pastor Ben Omolo, went missing from his home.

How did Pastor Omolo go missing?

According to his wife, Omolo, a pastor affiliated with the Pentecostal Assemblies of God (PAG) church, woke up at around 3 a.m. on Sunday, October 26, saying he was going for a short call.

However, she noticed that it was taking too long for her husband to return to the house, prompting her and the kids to go out looking for him.

She added that when they stepped outside, they found one sandal inside the homestead and the other on the roadside.

In an interview with TV47, the wife expressed her sadness and distress since her spouse’s disappearance.

“My heart is in pain. I am asking everyone who is listening to my voice, and knows the whereabouts of the man of God to let us know,” she said.

Members of Omolo’s church are urging a swift investigation into the matter to determine their pastor’s whereabouts.

“I went to the church very early in the morning on Sunday, the time Ben usually arrives at the church, but he was not there,” one congregant said.
