For instance, Kihika wondered why many Kenyans are opposed to the Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) arrangement between the Kenyan government and foreign entities to facelift local critical infrastructure.
She also seemed to wonder how Kenyans want the government to raise revenue for its programmes while they are opposed to borrowing or tax measures the government comes up with.
Her comments followed the citizenry’s reservations about the Adani Group’s takeover of the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) to undertake the airfield’s makeover for a couple of decades.
“I am sitting here wondering what Kenyans really want. Then you also don’t want him to raise money internally – Finance Bill!” she wondered on the X social network.
