Nyeri – Former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua has proven nonchalance toward his eject from office.
His replacement, Kithure Kindiki, was sworn in to take over the Office of the Deputy President (ODP) in a historic fete on Friday, November 1.
Gachagua was a no-show at the event, perhaps to handover the post to his successor.
Moments after Kindiki’s swearing-in, Gachagua shared a social media update detailing his undertakings away from Nairobi.
He was captured with his nuclear family; his wife Pastor Dorcas Rigathi, and their two sons.
