David Sikazwe sadly died in a horrific road accident that happened in Lusaka’s Ibex Hill area.
He was among the four casualties who died on the spot, leaving many with grief and worry after the sad news.

According to authorities, the accident occurred when a Toyota Hiace minibus driver lost control due to excessive speed.

Where was Sikazwe involved in road accident?
Unfortunately, the minibus veered off the road to the left, overturned twice, and halted against a wall fence.
An eye witness stated that the bus from Mtendere East was headed to town before the accident.
Sikazwe’s wife was looking forward to spending the rest of her life with her husband, who had reportedly disappeared.
The 27-year-old man was on his way to work when the accident occurred, leaving his newly wedded wife a widow.

During the search, Sikazwe’s wife was heartbroken after seeing the body of her husband lying in the cold fridges of the dead.
His friends and family, in messages of condolence shared on various social media platforms, described Sikazwe as an excellent young man.
