Deputy President-designate Kithure Kindiki has arrived at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) for his swearing-in ceremony.

The former Interior Cabinet Secretary is now in the VIP waiting room at KICC, where he was welcomed by Mercy Wanjau, chairperson of the Assumption of Office Committee.
This comes after Mercy Wanjau, Secretary to the Cabinet, confirmed on the evening of October 31 that the ceremony will officially begin at 10 a.m.
