Vocal political activist Kasmwel McOure has announced his intention to run for political office in the 2027 general election.

What did McOure say about his political ambitions?

In an interview with Dialogues with Jagero, activist Kasmwel McOure stated that he has stopped worrying about his social media following and is now focused on gaining political power in the upcoming elections.

“For me, I am very clear I want to take political power. So no Kenyan is going to push me. At this point I don’t care whether I have one or three followers, as long as it is clear in my mind on how I will take political power,”McOure said.

When asked about the specific position he aims to hold in the government, he did not specify but affirmed his intention to be on the ballot in 2027.

He stated that he would not disclose which position he plans to pursue because he is still conducting research on which political seat would best suit him.

“Just as a member of government. I think its too early because I am still looking at the data, mapping out the places and seeing what my strengths would be. Because you might have this whole dream and then you realise you have the disadvantage of time and resources,” he added.
