Loice Kiptala lovingly supported her 2024 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) candidates.
Kiptala, who took over the helm from John Kipkapto after he retired, swapped her usual office duties for chef duties.
The woman proudly showed off her cooking skills as she prepared nice ugali for her Form 4 candidates.

Uzalendo High School principal surprises cafeteria staff
“Our Form 4 candidates were surprised when Principal Mrs. Kiptala swapped her usual office duties for a chef’s hat! She dished up a feast that was so delicious that even the cafeteria staff were surprised. Let’s just say those exam nerves were well-seasoned with some homemade love and a dash of “Good Luck” on the side,” a post by the school read.
Kiptala wrapped a blue leso around her waist as she turned the ugali in the massive sufuria with a big mwiko.
She smiled as she prepared the meal, showing she enjoyed her new duty and did not need assistance.
She prepared the meal in the school compound, which looked clean and beautiful with the plants and green grass around, as seen in the picture.

In the clip, Nokwazi dished up a meal for her pupils during break time, creating a makeshift soup kitchen.
Many online users praised her for exceeding her teaching duties to ensure her students had enough to eat.
