Kathy’s story began after high school when she was employed as a salesgirl at a timber yard.
Driven by ambition and resilience, she took on various roles, including working as a street hawker in Nairobi.
Eventually, she founded her timber yard and runs MyWood Timber, one of Kenya’s leading timber suppliers today.
Reached for comment, Kathy told TUKO.co.ke that she hopes her story can inspire fellow women to brave the world.
“I hope other women will also find the strength to overcome challenges and build the lives of their dreams,” she noted.
