Nairobi—President William Ruto has hinted that the Multinational Security Support Mission (MSSM) in Haiti will be turned into a full-time peacekeeping mission to stabilise security in the Caribbean country.
The president revealed he deliberated on the matter with United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
