Narok: 30-Year-Old Motorcyclist Dies in Morning Crash with Truck

Narok – A tragic accident which occurred near the Empopongi neighbourhood claimed the life of a motorcyclist in the early hours of Tuesday, November 5.

The collision happened at around 3am and involved an Isuzu FRR truck, driven by 54-year-old Hudson Wycliffe Anjere, and a Sonlink motorcycle, whose rider is yet to be identified.

What caused Narok’s accident?

According to police reports, the 30-year-old motorcyclist, travelling in the opposite direction of the truck coming from Maai Mahiu to Narok, lost control and collided head-on, resulting in an instant fatality.

Citizen Digital reported that the truck driver escaped unharmed.

The authorities transported the deceased’s body to Narok Level 5 Hospital mortuary for identification and post-mortem.

Both vehicles have been held at Narok Traffic Base for inspection, as investigators work to uncover the cause of the accident.

Meanwhile, law enforcement officers are actively seeking information to confirm the identity of the deceased and encourage anyone with details to assist.
