Trans Nzoia – The Wiper Democratic Movement party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has hinted at ditching Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition Party to create a coalition before the end of next year.
Speaking on Monday, November 4, after visiting Eugene Wamalwa’s home, Kalonzo disclosed that together with the DAP-K party, they have initiated the legal process of exiting the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Coalition.
The former vice president suggested that plans are underway to form a new coalition ahead of the 2027 General Election.
“If we come up with a new outfit, it could even incorporate perhaps Azimio itself, so that is how focused we are. I urge the media not to bury Azimio before it is actually dead and buried because we have a lot of investment in that space and we want to be able to move in a manner which is systematic,” Kalonzo said.
