Moses Kuria Celebrates as Kithure Kindiki Is Sworn-In: “Kenya Moves on Rigathiless”


Nairobi – Senior government economic advisor Moses Kuria has never shied away from expressing his opinion.

The former Cabinet Secretary has never hidden his support for Kithure Kindiki to take over as deputy president following the ouster of Rigathi Gachagua.

Following Kindiki’s clearance from the National Assembly, preparations for his swearing-in commenced immediately.

Kuria caused confusion in the country after he claimed that the installation ceremony would take place at the historic Uhuru Gardens on Saturday, October 19.

The outspoken politician posted images of himself inspecting the grounds and working alongside government officials.

However, this time Kuria got the date right after the High Court lifted orders stopping Kindiki ascension to the second highest office.

Kuria was among hundreds of dignitaries gathered at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) to witness history.

He shared his candid views with most scribes as he maintained that the country’s unity was paramount.

Kuria stated that the country was greater than no single individual, declaring on X with a subtle swipe at the former deputy president.

“Kenya Moves On~Regardless~ Rigathiless,” Kuria declared.
