Post Bank is seeking qualified Kenyans to fill vacancies for Customer Relations Officer/Cashier.

Successful candidates will be employed under a one-year contract.
The primary job for this position is to coordinate customer relations activities and ensure the provision of quality customer service, attain high levels of customer satisfaction/expectations, and promote a good corporate image for the bank.
Successful candidates will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to proper counter procedures and methods of safety, custody, accuracy and maintenance of cash and related assets at the counter.
Requirements for applications
The minimum academic qualification required is a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with a grade of C+.

Candidates should also hold a diploma in Business Management, Administration, Marketing, Banking, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Additionally, a certificate in Customer Care, Public Relations, Communication, or an equivalent discipline is necessary.
Applicants should also be computer literate, with strong proficiency in relevant software and an excellent understanding of operating systems, products, and services.
Additionally, the applicants should have at least two years of experience in customer service or cashiering.
