A cloud of sorrow has descended on Narok County following the deaths of two boda boda riders in a road accident on the Narok-Bomet highway.

How did the Narok-Bomet highway accident occur?

The accident occurred when two motorbikes collided with a matatu travelling from Bomet to Narok.

In an interview with Citizen Digital, police stated that the incident began when one motorbike, merging onto the highway, collided with another motorbike heading toward Narok.

The area police further stated that, following the impact, the two motorbikes lost control and crashed into a matatu belonging to Trans Luxury Sacco.

The bodies of the deceased were transported to Narok Referral Hospital for preservation and identification by their family members.
