Kenya’s leading telecommunications company, Safaricom, has announced plans for system maintenance and upgrades from 10 p.m. on Saturday, October 26, to 5 a.m. on Sunday, October 27.
What Safaricom’s clients will experience in the period
According to a statement from the company, customers may experience interruptions in some services, including:
- Okoa Jahazi services
- All bundles purchase via airtime and M-pesa
- All Top up airtime services
- All subscription services
- Postpaid payments
- Sambaza, Bonga and SIM swaps
