The locals took to social media to express their excitement after beholding the satellites, which had many Kenyans’ imaginations running wild as they initially did not know what they were.

In a video posted by Musyi FM, the satellite train was spotted in Machakos, Makueni, and some parts of the Coast.

Superstition kicked in for those who could not recognise the satellites at first, and it took some schooling from social media for them to understand the train.

Elsewhere, a Kenyan man surprised netizens after revealing that his Starlink satellite dish still provides internet services even though he has not renewed his monthly subscription.

In a video shared on TikTok, @levi_boi254 disclosed that he has been accessing fast internet uninterruptedly since he installed Starlink.

Starlink Kenya, however, clarified that the user will be billed at the end of the month.
