This was after Kenyans disrupted the virtual session the judge was presiding over on Tuesday, October 17.

The intruding Kenyans started chanting, “Adani Must Go!” and “JKIA Is Not For Sale!” winning the attention of Mwamuye, who was buried in his ruling.

His efforts to bulldoze the ruling through the noise hit a snag, forcing him to adjourn the session and postpone it to an open court on Tuesday, October 15.

“My apologises counsels, this is perhaps one of the challenges we face, we are not able to prevent these distractions, let us reconvene on Tuesday (October 15) at 11am in open court,” said Mwamuye.
