Kenyans console Rigathi Gachagua after impeachment

In another story, Kenyans took to their social media platforms after he was impeached by MPs in parliament.

After the impeachment, Gachagua turned his hopes to the Senate, where the charges leading to his impeachment will be reviewed.

Some Kenyans believed the members of the Upper House might differ from their colleagues in the National Assembly after thoroughly interrogating the charges against Gachagua.

The Senate, through a committee or plenary, is expected to decide Gachagua’s fate within seven days.
